Meeting of Finnish Water Forum and Agriculture and Water Strategic Research Center

Iran-Finland Joint Chamber of Commerce arranged a meeting to be held in the head quarter held between the Finnish Water Forum(FWF) and the Agriculture and Water Strategic Research Center (AWSRC) on 7 Feb 2022.
In the meeting, Mr. Shariatmadar, the head of AWSRC, and Ms. Malekian, and Mr. “Topi Helle”, the Managing Director of FWF, and Ms. Bahar Baqhaie, the Secretary General of Iran-Finland Joint Chamber, and Mr. Abolhasani, an officer from the Embassy of Finland in tehran.
After both sides introduced themselves, Mr. Topi Helle presented a through file that shows Finland’s capabilities in providing solutions for water challenges that are used in the world. It was decided that the parties should have continuous cooperation in solving Iran’s water challenges in the future

Meet with the Foreign Minister of Finland

The President of the Iran-Finland Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Gholamhossein Jamili, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland, Mr. Pekka Haavisto

Despite of the limited time in the form of a one-day trip that Mr. Pekka Haavisto had in Iran, this meeting was hosted by the Ambassador of Finland, H.E. Mr. Kari Kahiluoto, in the Embassy of Finland in Tehran dated & Feb 2022. In the meeting Ms. Sophie From-Emmesberger the Director General of Department for Africa and the Middle East of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, and Ms. Bahar Baqhaie, the Secretary General of Iran-Finland Chamber, as well as a few guests from Iran and Finland were present.
